Late Collections

We expect every child to be collected on time or pre-booked for extended day care. If you have not collected by 3.30pm, your child will wait in extended day care for you to arrive. We will bill you for the first session of extended day care to cover this cost. Please note this is the same for 4.30pm collections. All children staying in the second session must be pre-booked.

  • Our extended day care closes at 5.45pm promptly.
  • Parents of children who need 1:1 support in the school day, must first speak with the Inclusion Team or a member of the senior leadership team before booking a space for their child.

We reserve the right to refuse the use of this service for any pupil whose behaviour is not acceptable. The Head of School's decision is final in all circumstances regarding a child's attendance in this service.
