After School Clubs
At Colville Primary we offer a wide range of after school activities that include clubs and lessons in music, sport and the arts. Our children enjoy being able to choose with their parents from our list.
Children are to bring a healthy snack to have before their club. This can be a piece of fruit, crackers or another nut free snack. Crisps and chocolate snacks are not permitted. All food must follow our healthy school policy. Sports clubs will require children to change into their PE kit. Children who continue with karate lessons will need to change into their karate kit.
The selection of clubs available is shared with parents in time for them to register at 9pm on a set day in the first week of the term. This process is conducted on line using 'My Child at School' MCAS.
The club offer is subject to change and each club will only progress if it is financially viable.
Parents of children who need 1:1 support in the school day, must first speak with the Inclusion Team or a member of the senior leadership team before booking any club, so that we can ensure it is the right one for your child to enjoy.
Children must follow our Colville Code during before and after school care and clubs. In line with our Behaviour Policy, we may have to ask a parent to remove their child from this service. The Head of School's decision is final in all circumstances regarding a child's attendance in wrap-around care.
