School Meals and Mid-Morning Snack

All children eat our school meals which are cooked on site and served in our restaurant ‘The 1879’. Our school meals catering company is Harrison. Our menu is of the gold standard. The menus are on a three week cycle and change each term. The menu is on display in 'The 1879' and available here.

 We cater for allergies which have been diagnosed and certified by a medical practitioner.

• The cost of a school meal is currently £2.75 per day or £13.75 per week in Nursery. This is now included in the Nursery fees. 
• Meals for all pupils in Reception to Year 6 are free for the academic year of 2025 to 2026. 

All children have a fruit snack each day and this is provided by the school. 

We are committed to being a healthy school. Our menu is designed by us and reviewed by a nutritionist to ensure we meet the Gold School Food Standard. We also review the menu with our pupil coucnil. We value their voice and ensure it is heard before the menu is finalised. We have currently won the Healthy Schools London Gold Award in acknowlegement of our food offer. 

We like to celebrate special events and will make additions to the menu on certain days.
